Let's get something perfectly straight before we go any further, I hate being continuously 'sold' to by internet marketers. Majority annoy me, lack creativity, throw too many useless words around and generally carry on as if their product is the greatest thing since sliced bread.
I've seen it all. I subscribe to everything and everyone because I'm a marketer outside of cyberspace and I like to test these guys to see how genuine they are. A few months ago I decided to take my marketing skills and apply them to the internet. Boy, the results were not pleasing. So, I did what anyone wanting to be successful is supposed to do...
I started looking deeper into what these SUCCESSFUL guys were doing...
After wading through the endless rubbish I got in contact with the gurus: the Brad Callens, Mike Filsaimes, Chris McNeeney's, Derek Gehls, Rich Schefren's, Alan Gardyne's and Ewan Chias of the affiliate marketing world. What I initially discovered was that these guys were genuine to a "T" as was their top class advice. We corresponded for a while via email and VOIP services.
By this time I already had a couple of websites that were sitting around attracting cyber-dust. They were real snooze-fests! When I look back on those sites now I'm embarrassed (Hey, ya gotta start somewhere doncha?). I was dismayed and called on these guys for some advice.
